In addition to my many years as a recruitment consultant, my sporting success from my youth have instilled in me important qualities: perseverance, clear goal orientation, and an awareness of collaboration – values that are indispensable when working with clients, candidates, and teams. In recruitment consulting, this means recognizing potential, strategically bringing people together, and creating sustainable connections.

And as a “Mum of three” – my greatest success – I also bring organizational talent, empathy, and a keen sense for different personalities – skills that often make the decisive difference in day-to-day recruiting and coaching.
