E&P Attends the HR Inside Summer Edition 2026

Today, Florens Eblinger, MBA, attended the HR Inside Summer Edition 2026 in the wonderful setting of Laxenburg Palace.

The event focused on many topics currently at the forefront of HR, including leadership, employer branding, pay transparency, skill-based hiring, and the question of how HR can remain effective in a changing world of work.

It was an exciting day—as always, superbly organized—filled with many fruitful conversations, interesting insights, and valuable ideas from the HR community!

The First Day of our 2026 Mid-Year Conference

Today we spent the first day of our Eblinger & Partner 2026 Mid-Year Conference enjoying the summer atmosphere, a wonderful chance to cool off, and relaxed conversations with one another.

We started with a hearty breakfast together at the Pony Carousel in the Prater, before our teams’ mini-golf tournament called for a sense of humor and a bit of competitive spirit.

Afterward, we headed to the Alte Donau, where boating, swimming, and good food at the beach café provided the perfect mix of socializing, exercise, and summer vibes. A wonderful and fun first day!

We’re looking forward to part two of our mid-year conference tomorrow. A big thank you from the entire team for the wonderful time and the great summer day!
