SELECTION METHODS

After checking the applications and searching for, identifying and contacting potential candidates, we weight the applications received and invite any potentially suitable applicants to a first interview to discuss their CV, educational background, career history and professional goals. During this interview, we also clarify relevant additional aspects such as career development, professional qualifications, achievements and failures as well as target salary range and terms of notice.

This enables us to determine whether the candidates fit the profile both on a professional and a personal level, i.e. whether they have the relevant qualifications for the job that were defined in advance with the client (such as leadership strength or potential, willingness to work in a team, communication skills, sales abilities and general attitude and behaviour). A personality analysis rounds off the process and provides us with a further image of the candidate.

The most suitable candidates are then presented to the client. Concise and informative candidate reports are also provided at this stage to facilitate the subsequent selection of the future member of staff.
