In addition to my many years of experience in executive search, I have also discovered a passion for focusing even more strongly on the individual. As part of the talent development team, I support my clients in taking the first step toward their desired change.

I assume that every person carries valuable resources within them, which are often not visible or recognizable at first glance. I guide them in searching for these resources, recognizing them, and deriving goals and “next steps” from them.

“The client is the expert” – this principle forms the most important foundation of my coaching. Naturally, I also impart specific knowledge when my expertise is explicitly requested, especially in the context of career coaching.

Thanks to my training and my professional and personal journey to date, I stand by your side as both a business and a life coach. The challenge of balancing family and career, in particular, is a central topic in many cases. As a mother of three, I know exactly which hurdles, fears, and questions can arise – and how stressful they can be.
