Personal statement: “Change alone is eternal, perpetual, immortal.” (Arthur Schopenhauer) Every single day, I meet people who are going through change. I watch their spirits climb to new heights, see how their courage and curiosity pave the way, and their own personal sense of the future accompanies them on their journey. I consider my work an honour and take great joy in my role as the “scene setter”, which gives me the opportunity to witness the beauty, truth and good in people over and over again.

Soft skills: As a coach and trainer, it is extremely important to remain flexible to the needs of the people you are working with, yet at the same time still focus on the actual goals. One of my key professional strengths is my ability to establish the necessary bridge between compassion assertiveness. I am also a very practical person, so I design training courses which reflect the latest neuroscientific insights into learning – to guarantee that they can be put into practice and produce lasting results. A key element in my work with groups and individuals is the fact that the brain learns best when it is enthusiastic and enjoys doing so. My greatest success: My children are my greatest success – all three of them are maturing into stable characters and just beginning to enrich the world with their talents.
