CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER ONCOLOGY (M/F)

Based in Vienna and in order to enable success in the role, the core responsibilities include:

  • Act as Indication lead in cross functional brand team
  • Preparation, coordination and execution of the Launch and Brand Plan
  • Planning and implementation as well as analysis of specific marketing strategies and activities
  • Liaise cross-functionally with local teams such as medical, field access, business effectiveness and sales to ensure implementation of plans as well as multichannel use for the successful launch of new products
  • Develop sales force trainings and monitor the strategy and key activity implementation in the field, including double visits
  • Liaise with the Market Access to shape pricing strategy as well as creation and control of sales costs and budgeting
  • Foster KOL network, identify customer needs and provide support for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Organization of Marketing Events as well as participation in national and international congresses, seek feedback after activities. Circle back within the brand team
  • Continue to strengthen Bristol-Myers Squibb as Market Leader in Immuno-Oncology

 

In order to enable success in the role, we will be looking for the following Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree required / associated with further education in marketing is preferred / Pharmaceutical Representative Certificate (Pharmareferentenprüfung) is of strong advantage
  • Marketing experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech Industry is required
  • Launch experience is a strong advantage
  • Oncology experience as well as strong Immuno-Oncology knowledge is highly preferred
  • Possess strengths to gain and use inputs from key stakeholders for critical business insights as well as effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement
  • Be highly proficient in German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (national and International)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills is a must
  • Be able to work independently when needed

We offer for this position a gross annual salary of minimum EUR 70.000 depending on the professional qualification and experience a higher remuneration is possible.
