IIC Partners has over 50 member companies worldwide. Internally, the network is since October 2009 headed by the Chairlady, Lim Chye Lian from Executive Talent International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. She is supported by Martin Vine as a COO. Vice Chair America is Paul Dinte, Vice Chair Asia/Pacific is Neil Morrison and Vice Chair EMEA is Simon Waddington.

At a regional level, IIC Partners is represented by Peter W. Eblinger and Helen Di Mauro (Directors EMEA), Jesus Castillo and Scott Doupe (Directors America) as well as Anthony Ainsworth (Director Asia/Pacific). IIC Members, Managing Directors and Consultants from 38 different countries get together to swap experience and best practices at the Annual Global Meeting and Regional Meeting.
